GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

The contract can be freely terminated with at least 60 days’ notice

If there are any bookings after 60 days’ notice of cancellation, the OWNERS, authorise Prime Lisbon to make the booking and receive appropriate payment

PENALTIES IF THE CUSTOMER CANCELS THE CONTRACT

– 30 days or more before check-in date: 15% of the full amount

– Between 29 days and 7 days before check-in date: 50% of the full amount

– Less than 7 days before check-in date: 100% of the full amount
